DINAN RESEARCH SERVICES Pvt. Ltd. (DRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary located in New Delhi, comprised of a 22 member team of degreed professionals responsible for industry analysis, identification of targets and generation of leads. Our research center was established to manage all the research needs for Dinan & Company and its clients. The goal of DRS is to be a center of excellence for Knowledge Management and Information Research. DRS aspires to be a new generation research firm capable of catering to the research needs of our clients as it relates to their strategic investment decisions.

DRS operates with a team of knowledge managers/vertical specialists and research generalists that collaborate to conduct research on behalf of our clients, in order to identify targets based on their specific acquisition criteria. These identified targets are further refined and qualified during the acquisition search process, which allows our clients to make informed acquisition decisions. Knowledge Managers provide guidance to the vertical specialists to effectively gather information to help shape the solutions for our clients. Research generalists ensure that research is conducted efficiently using the most appropriate primary and secondary methodologies and sources, including our in house proprietary database of 200,000 of private and publicly held prospects. The entire process is scalable and can be modified as our client's acquisition interests change.
