Prior to joining Dinan & Company, L.L.C., Mr. Reichard was employed by a merger and acquisition intermediary firm as a Sales Associate. Mr. Reichard was recognized as Associate of the Year in 1999. Additionally, Mr. Reichard was recognized as Associate of the Month five of the twelve months in 1999.

Mr. Reichard received his B.A. degree in Sociology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1996. In addition, Mr. Reichard has had formal training in sales and lead development
