JOHN G. KELLY
Executive Vice President

Starting as an Associate in 1995, Mr. Kelly has contributed to the significant growth of the firm and became a Principal in 1999. In his role as Executive Vice President, he is involved in various management and strategic planning roles in addition to working with high level strategic and financial acquirers. Prior to joining Dinan & Company, L.L.C., Mr. Kelly was an Investment Manager for The Foundation Companies, where he was responsible for private equity investments in real estate and operating companies. Previously, Mr. Kelly was an industrial/investment specialist with Grubb & Ellis Company, a leading commercial properties firm.

Mr. Kelly received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University in 1985.
